Performance of our newly developed compression sorting algorithm based on a refined Manhattan metric in comparison with traditional sorting schemes.
We have developed a new sorting algorithm based on the well-known compression algorithm that minimizes exception handling and leads to a faster and generally more sucessfull sorting of a sparse ensemble of neutral atoms in optical tweezer arrays.
