A group of young scientists from the German Physical Society (DPG) recently visited the Institute for Quantum Physics at the University of Hamburg. Their visit included an engaging presentation and discussion session led by PhD students Greta Reese and Nis van Hülst on theoretical quantum computing research projects carried out in the Jaksch group.
During the visit, Nis van Hülst shared insights into the group’s research, beginning with a tour of the theoretical lab and concluding with a presentation in Professor Dr. Dieter Jaksch's office. Here, they presented their methods and engaged in in-depth discussions aimed at providing valuable insights into the group's vision for the future of quantum computing.
