Prof. Dr. Johannes Haller

My research area is particle physics at collider experiments. I am particularly interested in the search for physics beyond the standard model using particle collisions of highest energies.

The work of my research group is currently focused on the physics of boosted hadronic final states in pp collisions recorded with the CMS experiment at the Large Hadron Collider (LHC). Furthermore we perform global fits of HEP data within the Gfitter group and we are involved in the construction of the upgraded CMS pixel detector.
