Light curve modelling of cataclysmic variables.
I will present results on the determination of system parameters for various types of cataclysmic variables (CVs) and other binary systems based on light curve modeling. In the study utilized the proper modeling code, which I will briefly describe along with its key features, practical applications, and a concise comparison with other existing tools. Particular emphasis is placed on the code’s application to short- and long-period CVs—including systems such as EZ Lyn, SDSS J105754.25+275947.5, CzeV404 Her, AY Piscium, and SDSS J154453.60+255348.8—as well as to millisecond pulsars and related objects. We also will discuss prospects for its future development aimed at expanding the code’s capabilities and scientific reach.
