Philipp Jäker is a PhD student currently on the secondment from ETH Zürich, within the Photo4Futue ITN Network. Philipp studied chemistry and biochemistry at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University of Munich, Germany. He did his master thesis with Prof. Shao-Horn at MIT in Boston, and summer research internships at MPI in Stuttgart and Potsdam, respectively. He is working on nanoparticles based thin films for solar-to-fuel generation. Philipp is from North Rhine-Westphalia and is into hiking and biking.
