A new Quad family member

Our family of quad modules (2x2 CROC prototypes for the Phase-II upgrade of the CMS pixel detector) has a new member:

This is the first HPK one - produced by Hamamatsu, with wafer layout done here in Hamburg - that we have wirebonded and fully assembled. Right now it undergoes first tests in the laboratory. Next week it will be characterised at the DESY testbeam.
