Experienced in fabricating microfluidic chips with silicon-based polymer, applying spin coating techniques, and UV light exposure. Proficient in using a 3D microscope for analysis. Currently undertaking a research project for my master's thesis on protein flow dynamics, studying mCherry and GFP proteins at different concentrations within two microfluidic structures.
