Never afraid of creative ways for this winter's LGAD test beam

In the last two months, we have had not just one but two test beams for the MARTHA project. The aim was to investigate the time resolution of these new types of LGADs at the DESY 2 test beam facility. To do this, we not only had to align the LGADs spatially, but also wanted to be able to investigate the behaviour of the sensors at different angles of incidence. To achieve the necessary rotation of only one LGAD, we used a beloved children's toy - LEGO. This may have been a small step for our little Astronaut, but it was a giant leap for the MARTHA project, for which this was the first test beam campaign.
