First LGAD-testbeam

This week we had our first dedicated LGAD test beam at the DESY II test beam facility. During the testbeam campaign two different sets of TI-LGADS with different pixel sizes (130 um & 55 um) were evaluated. The aim of these measurements was to obtain information about the efficiency, spatial and temporal resolution of the sensors.
